What is Vitruvian? 

Vitruvian is a dynamic, social, group-based fitness program. We take a different approach to fitness, since we believe that fitness is more than just exercise. We think that there are six fundamentals to a healthy, balanced lifestyle:

  • Functional exercise
  • Flexibility
  • Diet
  • Community
  • Nature
  • Mindfulness

At Vitruvian, you will practice and develop each fundamental, some days focusing on certain areas more than others. We bring the same passion to all aspects of our program to deliver you a complete and holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. We hope you will too.

Our members have undergone life-changing physical transformations and formed groups of best friends. A few of them have even married each other. What will you find?
